Archie Ossin 
Broker of Record
As one of the three principals of Crowne Atlantic Properties, LLC, Archie Ossin brings decades of knowledge and experience. In fact, Archie has been a successful real estate broker in Central Florida since the late 1970’s. His vast experience includes land syndications, operation of citrus groves, commercial buildings, and rental houses. Archie has dealt with all of these properties both as a real estate broker and as an owner, owning several office buildings and rental properties himself. For the past three years, Archie has been dedicated to business brokerage, as well as commercial brokerage. Mr. Ossin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Maitland Professional Village where he works on the Maintenance and Architectural Committees, and is chairman of the Eminent Domain Committee.

Raised in San Francisco, Archie earned BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley. Upon graduation, Archie was commissioned as a U.S. Army Artillery Officer, serving as an Air Defense Platoon leader. After a tour of duty in the Army, Archie went to work in Southern California, where he met his wife Myrna. One year after they were married, Archie and Myrna moved to Florida where Archie joined the engineering staff at Martin Marietta Corp. Archie is a registered Professional Engineer (PE). Archie and his wife, Myrna, have four children, all of whom were born and raised in Orlando.
