Jackie Ossin 
Broker Associate
Jackie Ossin is a licensed broker associate and owner of Crowne Atlantic Properties, LLC. During her career, she has sold over 200 companies in the state of Florida, with wide industry diversity including: Restaurants, Manufacturing, Service, Retail, Medical, and Technology related industries specializing in small companies $10MM and under.

Ms. Ossin has extensive business sales experience, including stock, cash, seller financing, SBA financing, and refinancing afterclosing transactions. She is also a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Brokers Association, of which there are less than 600 worldwide. Working with buyers from Latin America, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and Africa, has given her a solid background in dealing with E2 and L1 Visas and helping individuals realize their dreams in the United States.

Ms. Ossin graduated from University of Florida with a major in Business Administration and minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She also studied International Business at the University of Costa Rica, where she became fluent in Spanish.

2002 - Recipient of the Richard E. Read Award for community service and professional dedication

2001 & 2000 - Received both the Top Selling Agent award from her former company, as well as their prestigious President's Award

1999 - Awarded Top Producer Award from the Florida Business Brokers Association

In 2004, Ms. Ossin opened her own business brokerage company, Crowne Atlantic Properties, LLC, including land sales and sales of vacation homes for foreign clients.

A native of Orlando, Ms. Ossin has and intimate knowledge of Central Florida business locations, neighborhoods, infrastructure and demographics. As a member of Florida Blue Key, Ms. Ossin has a background in politics working for the Organization of American States, and for the former Florida State Senator George Kirkpatrick. She is also the Secretary of the Central Florida Chapter of the Business Brokers of Florida and in May 2006, elected Secretary of the BBF State Board. Ms. Ossin has been re-elected for both positions for 2007 and 2008.
