Lee Ossin 
Broker Associate
A vital part of the Crowne Atlantic team, Lee Ossin is a Licensed Broker Associate and owner of Crowne Atlantic Properties, LLC. Mr. Ossin specializes in the sale of landscape businesses, beauty salons, asset sales, medical businesses, restaurants, and manufacturing companies, as well as business sales dealing in Foreign Visas and SBA loans. He is also a member of the Business Brokers of Florida and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association.

Prior to entering the business brokerage business in 2004, Mr. Ossin's career was in the direct mail advertising industry. There, he became familiar with thousands of small business owners and operations in the Central Florida region and, subsequently, became an expert in every advertising avenue in the Central Florida area.  In 2006, Mr. Ossin won the Business Brokers of Florida "Dealmaker Award" by selling more businesses than any other Central Florida Business Broker within the association. 

In fact, he frequently assists new business owners by offering strategic advertising ideas. In addition, his experience has allowed him to become familiar with small business operations, including small business budgeting, operations, and growth.

As a Florida native, Mr. Ossin makes a special effort to travel to other countries in Europe and Asia, and experience other cultures in order to become more familiar with how business is conducted abroad. He has also spent time working in the United Kingdom and has found that all these experiences help him in relating to clients from other countries relocating to Florida in order to purchase a business.

A graduate of University of Florida, Mr. Ossin received a bachelor degree in Public Relations and earned Masters of Science in Business Management.
