Founded in 2004, Crowne Atlantic Business Brokers facilitates the sale of companies and businesses in Florida and the Southeast. We are seasoned business brokers and commercial real estate brokers with many years of experience before launching the company. Today, our mission remains the same as when we began: match the right sellers with the right buyers and close deals. Crowne Atlantic is a family-owned business that has sold hundreds of companies in almost every primary industry. These include manufacturing, medical, retail, service, restaurants, franchises, professional businesses, and more. We work with companies that are sold with and without property. The value of these businesses could be as much as $100M or as little as $100,000.

Crowne Atlantic Business Brokers works exclusively for sellers on a success-fee-only basis, meaning our clients pay nothing unless their business sells. The firm is led by co-founder Jackie Ossin Hirsch, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Brokers Association who has completed over 400 business valuations, and Lee Ossin, who served as Vice President of the Business Brokers of Florida Association for the Central Florida region. Together, Jackie and Lee have completed over 750 business sale transactions across industries including manufacturing, distribution, HVAC, restaurants, healthcare, and professional services.

Crowne Atlantic Business Brokers is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Florida law requires one to practice as a business intermediary and broker. However, unlike most standard real estate brokers in Orlando and Florida, Crowne Atlantic’s sole focus is helping people buy and sell companies. As a company, we wanted to focus on this one process and do it better than anyone else – we never wanted to be a jack-of-all-trades real estate company. Confidentiality and Closings

We take confidentiality very seriously. We require that each buyer sign a confidentiality agreement before we discuss anything about a business. We also establish the buyer’s financial qualifications when looking at a business. During the closing process, we arrange closings only with attorneys whom we have worked with in the past and who have many years of experience handling business closings. The closing process and post-closing business operation is simple when done correctly and very complex when not done correctly. It is crucial to choose the right professionals.
