Jackie Hirsch
Jackie Ossin Hirsch is a licensed business broker and founder of Crowne Atlantic Business Brokers with over a quarter century of experience in selling companies. She has worked on more than 400 transactions since 1998. She is a frequent speaker on business brokerage nationally. She has spoken for the Business Brokers of Florida conference, the IBBA Conference, Mainstreet Summit, Buy Then Build Summit, and SMBash, as well as a few times a year at SMBootcamp for Buyers, an in-person program to help Buyers nationally purchase businesses.
Jackie focuses on businesses in the $750,000 EBIT-$10MM EBIT in construction, manufacturing, and service sectors. She enjoys creating bespoke CIM’s for unique businesses she sells to maximize value for her business owners, while matching the right buyer with the right seller.
Jackie bootstrapped, grew, and later sold a Home Health Care company. She also founded a superfoods brand and sold products to Disney Cruise lines and the Four Season’s Hotels. She is a limited partner in several companies such as high-end screen enclosures, commercial glass, a snack-food manufacturing company, a nano-particle clean-tech manufacturer and most recently an investor in a business brokerage tech platform. Jackie has also invested as a limited partner in a couple funds supporting the small business sector. As a result of her dedication to her clients, Jackie has won numerous business brokerage industry awards from the Business Brokers of Florida, and the International Business Brokers and has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer for over two decades as well as Top 50 Brokers for the State of Florida 5 years in a row and most recently 2025.
She is a graduate of the University of Florida, and has studied Business at the University of Costa Rica while becoming fluent in Spanish. She has traveled to over 35 countries. Jackie is married to the love of her life, and they have one spectacular child.

She has also provided opinions of value (360 Business Valuation) for estate planning, divorce, bankruptcy, partnership buyout, and for refinancing and testified as an expert witness for Divorce Court and Bankruptcy Court. Her perspective of being in the marketplace enables her to confidentially identify the right buyer, or investor group, for the right business opportunity. Mrs. Hirsch thrives on seeing her former buyers and sellers succeed with her involvement in their transactions and in their later business ventures.
Ms. Hirsch has won numerous business brokerage industry awards from the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and been a Million Dollar producer for every year since her second year in the business. She has served both on the local Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) board for 5 years and the State BBF Board. She has traveled to 30+ countries enabling her to relate to almost any buyer or seller.
