Lee Ossin is a licensed business broker and partner in Crowne Atlantic Business Brokers with over 21 years of experience in selling companies. He has completed over 350 transactions since 2004. Lee is also known as the top co-brokering agent in the state of Florida within the Business Brokers of Florida association. He has also trained other business broker agents to help encourage co-brokering across the state of Florida.

Lee focuses on businesses in the construction, manufacturing, and service sectors. He also has a specialty in selling businesses,  high-profit restaurants with and without real estate around the state of Florida. Many of Lee’s well-known transactions are high-profile restaurants, some that have been in business for over four decades. He also enjoys selling mainstream construction, service and manufacturing businesses as well as unique businesses that are one-of-a-kind. Part of his success if working hard to find the right match between a buyer and seller and ensuring that buyers and sellers focus on the most important items needed in order to get a deal done.

In his past, Lee also owned a home health care business, a local travel business, a camper rental business, a publication business, and an attic insulation business.

He is a limited partner in several companies such as high-end screen enclosures, commercial glass, a fitness app community, a nano-particle clean-tech manufacturer and most recently an investor in a business brokerage tech platform. Lee has won numerous business brokerage industry awards from the Business Brokers of Florida, and the International Business Brokers and has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer for two decades as well as a Top 50 Brokers awards for the State of Florida 5 years in a row, the most business volume sold in 2022 in Central Florida. Lee has also won the top co-brokering award for both the State of Florida and Central Florida numerous times.

Lee is a graduate of the University of Florida, and has a Master’s of Science in Business Management also from UF. He has worked in Europe before and has traveled to over 47 countries.

Mr. Ossin graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a Master’s in Business Management. His world travel has helped him relate to clients from just about every corner of the world. He enjoys the process of matching buyers and sellers and finds that by knowing as few as five key parameters he can offer options on what buyers have available to them. One of his key accomplishments has been his work on the sale of multiple high profile restaurants and bars in the Orlando area.

Mr. Ossin has won million dollar producer awards every year starting his second year in the industry and each year is typically ranked in the Top 5 for number of business sales in the entire state of Florida. He has also been awarded the Dealmaker Award for selling the most deals in Central Florida and the Co-broker award for most Co-brokered deals in Central Florida. Ossin is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and also a member Business Brokers of Florida Association having served as Vice President of the for the Central Florida region for many years. Currently Ossin sells manufacturing, construction, service, and contracting type businesses in the Florida area.
